April 13, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Florida
After a long journey, neither of us felt like doing the blog, so please excuse the delay.
The first pictures of this posting are of the journey and the sights when entering Florida from Alabama.
Today dawned another glorious day, so off to the beach we went. There is a tram that runs on the hour to the beach and back, it is actually a double cab truck which tows a trailer or two, with seats. Two years ago when we were here the water was beautifully warm and calm, it was only when we felt the freezing water, we realised we were here in September, not April, so the swim didn't happen, maybe tomorrow they will have switched on the heating. Be that as it may, the beach is still as beautiful as we remember.
